The Lighting of the Lights in Palma
There is a chill in the air and the streets of Palma are adorned with lights ready for the “Lighting of the Lights” this coming Thursday November the 28th 2019 at 19:30 in Plaza de la Reina and across the Borne. This year the Town Hall has decided to give a Slogan to the Special Day “Palma, City of the Future”. There will be a digital platform where anyone who would like to participate can write their wishes down and each of these wishes simbolically turns on a Christmas Light. Join in the fun and make a Christmas Wish in the City!
The Christmas Market in Pueblo Español
The Famous Christmas Market in Pueblo Español will take place from the 5th to the 15th of December 2019 where you can enjoy, live music, snow falling from above, activities for children, local and forgien gastronomy, christmas treats and mulled wine. This Christmas Market has become very popular over the past few years and it is one not to miss!
A Christmas Carol
Enjoy the magic of “A Christmas Carol” by Dickens at the Palma Auditorium from the 14th of December through to the 16th of December Show times are from 19.00 – 21.00. This Classic Yuletide Story is a cLassic for all the Family to enjoy. There will be a lot of traditional Christmas Carols sung throughout the play. The Port of Portals Christmas Market
The Beautiful Christmas Market in Port of Portals will be starting on the 18th of December and will run through to the 6th of January 2020. The whole Family can enjoy the Christmas Spirit in the stunning setting. The wooden cabins adorned with lights create a cozy Christmas atmosphere with Christmas crafts, goods and yummy treats to eat.
